Location

The office of the Arizona Commission of the Arts is built on the traditional and ancestral homelands of the Onk Akimel O’odham and the Xalychidom Piipaash who have been allies in stewarding this land since time immemorial. We recognize the truth of the Akimel O’odham as direct descendents of the Huhugam (translates to those who came before), who created the canals that make the existence of the city of Phoenix possible.
