FY10 Grantees Final Report
Deadline to submit: Monday, August 2, 2010

Fiscal Year 2010 Final Reports – final deadline:  August 2, 2010. You may check your grant and report status at any time on EGOR.

Organizations which do not submit Final Reports by August 2, 2010 will be ineligible to apply for funding in the FY12 grant cycle.

As a component of the Final Report, FY10 General Operating Support grantees must submit an Accessibility Statement. Within this statement, grantees answer a question about the step(s) their organization has taken towards implementation of one ADA/Accessibility priority. The Accessibility Statement must be sent as an email attachment to [email protected] within 30 days of completion of a fiscal year, no later than Monday, August 2, 2010.  For further information on this, go to http://azarts.gov/programs/accessibility/.

Artist Intent to Apply to the Teaching Artist Roster
