Create/Change: AZ Team of 3 or more Registration

You have selected to register a team of three or more.

When you click the button below you will leave the Arizona Commission on the Arts website and go to the registration page.

You must register and pay for all team members together.

Please have the following information for all team members ready to enter:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Job title
  • Dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free)
  • Whether attendee will require parking pass

The registration page requires a code. In the field labeled “Promo Code” enter the following:
