Summary of Position:

Come join the Ticketing, Admissions, and Sales Department (TAS) at Scottsdale Arts as the Ticketing, Admissions, and Sales Manager.
Important Details to Know:
路 Compensation: $52,000 – $65,000/year DOE
路 Shift/Hours: 40 hours per week, includes evenings and/or weekends when there are performances

Here is what you will get to do:
路 You will manage ticketing, admissions, and sales services for Scottsdale Arts
路 You will work closely with department and division heads maintaining an active role in support of their event setups in our systems to ensure the sales process is seamless for patrons and that box office staff is able to provide the best customer service.
路 Utilize best practices for the management and use of the AudienceView database, following established policies and procedures for quality assurance, data integrity, and analytics
路 You will build Shows, run reports, analyze data, and provide information from the AudienceView system to Scottsdale Arts branches
路 Perform a variety of supervisory functions including direct oversight of TAS assistant manager and coordinator, training, performance reviews, scheduling, work assignments, problem resolution etc. while supporting a positive organizational culture
路 Maximize guest experience through proactive communication and problem solving
路 Provide recommendations and strategies to promote accessibility to both staff and the community, in addition to maximizing sales (includes seating maps, expenses, managing the complementary ticket process, etc.)
路 You will work closely with the Development Team and Senior Management to enhance Membership Sales, support donors, sponsors and VIPs and more
路 Most importantly, you鈥檒l work with a functional team that values collaboration, creativity, and each member鈥檚 unique contribution

Here is what you will need to be successful:
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
路 3 to 5 years experience with progressively increasing areas of responsibility, including supervision of staff
路 Experience in advertising, media buying and data/ROI analysis
路 Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills; exceptional customer service skills
路 Ability to read and interpret documents including financial reports, contracts, cost estimates invoices, etc.
路 Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages; able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
路 Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety variables and instructions in written, oral, diagram and/or schedule form
路 Strong initiative, proactive approach
路 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, AudienceView (or similar program)
Bonus if you possess the following:
路 More than 2 years of experience working with AudienceView and creating show builds
路 Great customer service skills
路 Positive and encouraging sales motivational skills
路 Experience with and a love for pro-active and positive support of staff
