EVCT is looking for teaching artists in the fields of theatre and musical theatre to teach its classes and direct its performance troupes.
Requirements for the jobs:
Have a degree (either 2-4 year) in theatre or musical theatre.
Be working in or have worked in theatre or musical theatre in the past.
Enjoy working with children.
Have a valid and current finger print card.
Are available for work in the late afternoon or evening.

Our teaching artists at EVCT are our instructors for our 7-week classes that meet late afternoons and evenings Monday through Thursday. We also hire them to direct our EVCT Express Troupe (acting troupe for kids age 8-16), our On The Spot Teen Improv Troupe (improv troupe for kids age 12-18), our EVCT Bravo, musical theatre troupe for kids age 12-18, Our Literature Alive Program, a home schooled troupe that performs in the schools and or EVCT Company Troupe, a group of selected EVCT participants who learn a show at the beginning of the season and are available to perform on short notice or for special fund raising events.
All programs rehearse at the EVCT Rehearsal Studio, 4501 East Main St, in Mesa.
