Oversees all classes and workshops in our software platform. They also have oversight over contracts and relationships with instructors, who are independent contractors. Must maintain communication between instructors, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Receive and review programming: e.g. classes and workshops
● Manage Instructor contracts
● Have class postings ready by the established dates for marketing and enrollment
● Experience working with teaching artists, contracting, and coordinating schedules
● Ability to step in and facilitate artist programs or find alternate solutions when needed
● Developing network for finding artists and new classes
● Ability to work with diverse constituencies with a record of leadership and accomplishment
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
● Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
● Conduct sales analysis and financial reporting for the Programs department
● Experience with Mindbody program registration software or similar software a plus
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Strong leadership skills
● Attentive and active listening skills
● Bachelor’s degree required
