Job Duties:
Collection of content from member organizations for Constant Contact promotion, writing assignments for press releases, programs and other communications.
Assist with social media outlets for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Market research and analysis.
Assist in in-house web maintenance, graphic design and layout for miscellaneous marketing collateral, as well as compiling artist materials, bios
Administrative duties such as general correspondence and database management.
Other duties as assigned.

Students pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Arts Administration, or related field
Proficiency in Office, Adobe Creative Suites and social networking sites is a must.
Applicants should be able to work in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment, have
Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Hours are flexible and average approximately 10-20 hours per week. The ideal applicant would be available for two semesters.
This internship may satisfy requirements for earning college credit.
