Assist Executive Director and staff with day-to-day administrative duties that include:

Answering phones
Greeting and assisting visitors
Assisting Executive Director with daily art center calendar and meeting preparation
Creating financial transactions in QuickBooks
Drafting and sending external communications
Database entry and maintenance
Maintaining art center’s Google calendar;
Ordering and maintaining office supplies:
Keeping inventory, planning and purchasing items for classes, meetings, workshops, exhibitions and events
Creation of items for classes and exhibitions, as needed
Attending and assisting at exhibition openings, evening classes and weekend events, as needed;
Assisting with volunteer organization and coordination, including the planning and oversight /execution of regular orientation and event meetings;
Position Skills and Experience:

MAC computers (Apple), Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Google calendar
Non-Profit Financials, QuickBooks
Human Resources Expertise
Knowledge of Infusionsoft
Minimum three years’ experience as an administrative assistant
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., M-F, some evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Rate:  Hourly, to be determined based on experience.
