The Glendale Public Art Program is pleased to announce an expansion in funding for arts and culture, the 2017-2018 Centerline Arts and Cultural Initiative. The city has developed this program to motivate, increase and support free cultural events and performances to enrich the quality of life and experiences of all Glendale citizens, while increasing foot traffic in the Centerline District. The Glendale Arts Commission awards support up to $10,000 per applicant for unique visual and temporary interactive arts events, theater, dance, music and interdisciplinary performing arts. Deadline: This is a rolling deadline. The deadline each month is 5:00 p.m., the first Monday of the month, August 2017 through March 2018 (This is not a postmark deadline).
How to Apply: Applications will consist of:
• Application Form
• Project Budget Form
• Project Narrative – maximum of two typewritten pages
• Project Partner Agreement Form for applicants domiciled outside of Arizona - signed by both parties and at least one organization must be domiciled in Arizona (Project Partner Agreement Form is not required for applicants residing within Arizona)
• Organizational Resume or Curriculum Vitae – up to two pages.
• Resumes or Curriculum Vitae of participating artist(s) – one page each

Ten collated and stapled copies of your application plus attachments must be mailed or delivered to:
