Join the Arizona Commission on the Arts at The Vision Gallery in Chandler on Saturday, July 29, for a free workshop designed to help artists craft superior grant applications. Whether you’re an emerging artist just learning the ropes or a seasoned pro looking to polish your presentation, this workshop covers the fundamentals while offering an insiders perspective on what funders and review panelists are looking for in a grant application. Using the Arts Commission’s Artist Research and Development Grant as a model, participants will learn the essential components of a strong application as they play the role of reviewers in a mock grant review panel.
This workshop is free and open to all, but space is limited. Advanced registration is required.
Workshops will be provided throughout the state during summer 2017. Find one near you at http://azarts.gov/news/2018-artist-research-development-grants-now-accepting-applications/
