Call for artists, musicians and writers to teach classes to adults and call for musicians to perform at Cholla Public Library!

The Fourth Thursday of Every Month from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM the Cholla Public Library (10050 N. Metro Pkwy E, Phoenix, AZ 85051) will be hosting an Adult Art Lab. These Labs will be structured hands-on classes that are sociable, productive and an ideal way to be introduced to a variety of creative mediums. They are looking for artists and writers who would like to teach an introductory art class to adults. The library will pay for the supplies and do all promotion for the event. Art classes can include any medium from writing, painting, textiles, clay, pen and ink, you name it. They are also looking for musicians who would like to perform for one hour in the library. The audience would sit and listen for a while and then wander off and a new audience would wander in. They do not have much of a budget and are mostly looking for musicians who want a chance to perform. Dates are not scheduled for these programs, but will probably be Saturday afternoons.
